In my last article I explained what video SEO was. It is now time to find out how to use video search engine optimization for best results.
*** Video Directories ***
First, you create accounts on as many video directories as you can handle. No matter who or where you are there is only 24 hours in everyone's day. In that time you probably also want to have a life not to mention holding a "real job" while you build your online business. Therefore when it comes to your online marketing strategy it is best to decide what you can handle and hold yourself accountable to completing that task on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
I say all that to say, just don't "bite off more than you can chew" or you will regret it in the long run.
With that said here is a list of online video sources for you to consider adding to your Internet marketing strategies.

If things work, as you desire it won't be long before your video is part of your chosen directory. But why stop there when there is so much more to reap from your successes through the means of social bookmarking & networking.
Again, don't let yourself become overwhelmed with to much work.
Instead choose 3 or 4 pillar social bookmarks to focus on. These are best if they are well known and include Google PR's of 5 or greater.

You take your video that is on the multimedia directory (ie YouTube) and submit that page to these pillar directories.
Once you have a decent collection of bookmarks you can then tell any and all lesser known social bookmark systems and or social networking communities about your pillar social bookmarking collections and let the traffic build itself.

There are numerous ways you can use optimized videos to increase traffic to your websites.
* Add the video to your website
* Add the video to your blog (You do run a blog and website together don't you? If not you should)
* Tell your automated newsletter subscribers about your videos
The list really does go on and on. The bottom line is that it is wise for an Internet marketing to use video search engine optimization to increase their online marketing success.
