PS: Aweber does have a competitor. I used it! My experience? Though in some ways it's a better system I was misguided by their customer support taking my website offline for days before I discovered what was going on.
I called and tried to work with first level for support. When that failed I asked to speak with a lead or a manager. To which I was told that such options were not available. I hung up, called back & received the same report though I convinced the tech to go ask their supervisor if they were really willing to lose an account over the situation. He returned, nothing changed.
Well, actually something did change. I immediately stopped my account, received a refund of funds remaining & called Aweber. My very first request of Aweber was to speak with a supervirsor and I was immediately transferred. When the supervisor came on I signed on the dotted line without looking back since.
Go ahead, use the lower costing options that are available. As for me? I'll stick with Aweber where both the technology and support is second to none as it relates to autoresponder services.
