But the good news is that thanks to the rise of online audio and video technology, it’s fairly easy to use these tools to create your content and message. So, what’s the answer? Easy. Use multimedia to build and enhance your credibility. In short, give them what they want. Give them something to watch or listen to that tells a little about yourself, your site, and/or your product or service. By demonstrating that you’re not hiding behind a website, and have taken the time to communicate with them via a multimedia presentation, you can build trust and credibility with your audience. Use this method also to provide a sample of what you’re offering, and you just might be surprised at your conversion rate.
